Happy Eid al-Adha for muslims and hope you are all doing well. I went on vacation last week to Tidung Island. It takes 1 hour from Ancol Jakarta by jet boat. Thousand islands is the best alternative for short escape, it doesn't cost too much. Besides that the place is nice, but still you can't compare with the well-known holiday spot such as Bali. The island offers you a clear water, water sport and magnificent views. The water is pure so as you can see the fish, coral, and the depth of water itself. It's also easy to find place to eat, a lot of shoppes are around the coast even some of them open 24 hours. What is interesting is you can jump from the Love Bridge into the water, the bridge is around 2-3 meters height. If you are a water sports lover, your holiday becomes more challenging by snorkeling and diving, as i mentioned the water is insanely clear and exotic. 

I found Tidung Lagoon as recommended lodging. Coming with nice service and hospitality from the owner, amazing views and many package deals, the price is not that expensive too. Well i can't believe i just had a incredible holiday last week. See more updates on Instagram
