It's been 1 week since my first day in Izmit, but i finally found a time to explore Turkey. When i arrived, i already thought about Hot Air Balloon in Cappadocia and Istanbul, imagine how beautiful and marvelous they are-the balloon and ancient sites. Last weekend my friends and i ventured to Cappadocia, Turkey. Cappadocia is one of the most interesting and nice to visit in the world, and it has a good reputation as the word heritage site. We took 10 hours by tour bus from Izmit, Kocaeli to Nevşehir and then they took us to Goreme-a village near Nevşehir by a free bus. The bus cost 60 Turkish Lira (one way). Touristic Cappadocia itself includes 4 cities: Nevşehir, Kayseri, Aksaray and Nigde.

My arrival was greeted with a very outstanding rocky landscape-shaped by Erotion and it was magical. We wanted to fuel up before heading out to explore so we stopped by Comlex Restaurant, as recommended to us by the hostel's owner. We had the famous pottery kebab in Goreme and it's a speciality in Cappadocia. It was completely delicious, served with bread on top of pottery and white rice. Most of the ingredients are quite same with the other kebab-chicken or beef, tomatoes, potato, and some kind vegetables, but it's just using a pottery to serve it. I'm a big fans of chicken, and this dish really hit the spot. We came back to our hostel, near to the restaurant and prepared for another touristic places in Goreme, Cappadocia. The hostel named Emre's Stone House, you can check the rate here by Hostelworld.com
